Molly Koessler loves the art of entertaining and has been known to be the perfect party planner. She moved back to WNY in 2001 from NYC and began working in the restaurant business and branched into the world of catering. She has built Classic Events out of her love of parties and people and passion of food. She and her dedicated staff strive for perfection and their attention to detail has turned their catering world into WNY’s most recognized and sought out after properties.
Born and bred on Buffalo’s West Side, Chef Joe has climbed the ladder of cooking success. Chef Joe started his career at the young age of 17 at Harry’s Harbour as a dish-washer and was quickly promoted to prep cook, and then line cook for the restaurant. Chef Joe joined the Classic Events team in 2011 and has been a staple on property for the past 22 years, now overseeing the banquet culinary team.
